Ever find something cool in a used book you\’ve bought? I found this photo tucked between the pages of a forgotten title. It looks like it was removed from another book, probably a memoir. I just thought I\’d share it with you because it\’s such a great image- all the children lining up for their reading material. It says \”Charleston County Free Library\” on the side of the antique vehicle. Anyone know the source? I\’d love to give it proper credit.

I don't know the source, but I love it!
Wonderful photo! I find bookmarks and shopping lists and business cards in used books and in library books. It is quite fun to discover something in a book.
Can't help you with the source, but it's a great picture.
What a great picture!
Oh how cool! I often find slips of paper in used books, but most often they're rather dull. It's always exciting to find something really interesting like this picture!
That's awesome. I once found a postcard from Walt Disney World from the 60s in a book my sister gave me. I kept it with the book becase it just seems to be the place for it.
That is an incredible picture of a bookmobile! Wow.
What a fantastic find! It sure beats the shopping lists and airplane boarding passes I've found in some used books.
Wow, that is one amazing find!! I've never found anything quite that exciting in a book. 🙂
What a cool find! Since many of my books are second-hand I find ticket stubs, grocery lists, pictures of cats, etc etc. My favorite find was a bookmark that I found in Les Miserables–it said \”Tell me what you read and I'll tell you who you are\” in french. I loved it but lost it in one of my various moves.
