I did this puzzle next so I could pass it on to my friend to share with her students in the library. I thought it had a creepy feel because of all the greenish sky (no blue to speak of) but nobody else I ask seems to get that vibe from it, so must just be me. Oh well, maybe at least the kids will like finding all the hidden pictures in it. There’s a list on the back but oddly enough it didn’t include fish (I’m very certain that’s a fish in the corner) and a few others I found (chopsticks and a nail). Some of them were kind of obvious, details in the picture that you could imagine were just sitting there in the scenery- a lost flashlight, an old glass bottle- but a lot of them were hidden in the texture of things, such as a bunch of celery that at first glance looks like another clump of tropical trees in the background. I never did find the gloves.
Also slightly amusing that all the pieces were this very standard cut and of the same average size,
except in the lower middle area of the puzzle three slightly smaller odd shaped pieces. It was just kinda quirky.
Other than that, a very standard puzzle. Average difficulty level, average variety in the ribbon piece cut. The surface a bit too shiny for my liking, but no finger pain. Finished size 26 x 19″.
