Beautiful puzzle that was a pleasure to work on. I didn’t mind that the pieces have a slightly loose fit (it fails the pickup test, but I’ve never considered that an indication of puzzle quality) because then it’s very easy to disassemble. Wonderful linen texture that’s very nice to the touch. The only thing that bothered me was it has some glare, which made putting in the black cat pieces rather hard. That section of the puzzle took me twice as long as all the flowers. Their vivid colors and smoothly blending petals reminded me very much of Iris Cantata.
There was one piece with the color layer missing on a single knob. I made a patch. White paper, graphite pencil and red marker. Took my kid (and his friend, who loves puzzles like me and has a good eye for spotting things) at least five minutes to find it!)
This puzzle did make us feel a bit sad, though. The cat on the left looks very much like our old Irwin, and we still miss him.
