Lovely puzzle. I didn’t expect to like it so much. There is some glare off the surface, but it wasn’t bad. The colors are so rich, with glittery details in the peacock’s iridescent feathers. It looks like the original painting might have had actual metallic paint. I thought these were very plump peacocks, and the male has a particularly muscular neck. Some of the long feathers looked oddly arranged to me, until I looked up actual photographs of peacocks, and found the eyespot feathers do lie that way when at rest. It is beautiful. A relatively quick assembly (though the male’s feather train did slow me down at the end) that I really enjoyed.
